MY TOP 3 DANISH TRAVEL BLOGGERS

MY TOP 3 DANISH TRAVEL BLOGGERS

One thing I really love about blogging and the blogging community, is how you all can inspire one another in many ways, and for travel bloggers especially you can find so much inspiration for future travel destinations. Today I thought I’d share with y’all my top three Danish travel bloggers.

There are a few things that are essential for me when it comes to travel blogs; beautiful pictures and layout, personality, and of course the posts have to make me want to visit the place that the post is about. In my opinion, the following blogs all live up to these criteria, and are in my opinion the crème de la crème of travel bloggers in Denmark:

Afterglobe

Afterglobe is a blog by Laura and Anders, who since August have been travelling around Russia, South Korea, China, Vietnam, Japan, Cambodia, Indonesia, and have just arrived in Australia. I probably forgot a country or two 😛 Just like the two other featured blogs, Laura and Anders take some incredibly beautiful photos, and whereas many international travel bloggers tend to only show the positive site to being full time travellers, Laura and Anders also share their bad experiences while travelling. In my opinion, this just make them even more lovable and down to earth, and I love reading every single post that they upload.

Depardeux

Depardeux is a blog by Nikoline and Toke, who both have studied and lived abroad several times. Nikoline has just returned to Denmark after having spent four months doing an internship in Barcelona. The blog is a great mixture of posts from several places around the world, but also includes posts about things to do and see in Denmark, along with some more general life posts.

Shinimichi

Shinimichi is a blog by the sisters Sheena and Michelle. What I love about their blog is the fact that they try to encourage people to explore the places around them instead of travelling to faraway places. This year, they’ve been doing their NordicJourney, which is their plan of exploring the Nordic countries, including Denmark, and I have to admit that after seeing their many beautiful posts from around Denmark, I can’t wait to go back and go explore my home country.
